Sleep Over City

Too much sleepover....

Ellie and B were great!  But the current Mason sleep over was poorly scheduled on my behalf.  Mike is in Galena and I am not in the mood.  

Anyway, below are sweetly sleeping cousins and one cousin who was not invited to the sleep over.  She enjoyed bouncing on the aerobed none the less.

A New Abode

Charlie and Cassie have a new home.  Cleaning their disgusting bowl everyday was not an option. We got this fine blue home on clearance for five bucks.  Finn chose some lovely neon pink gravel for the bottom and a plant to go in the corner.  The fish actually do seem to enjoy the plant and I will only have to clean them every other week.  Charlie and Second Cassie are back in my good graces. 

Last Week of Summer

It's the last week of summer before my baby boy goes to kindergarten.  He can't wait to get started.  We bought some new school shirts today for he and Seamie (who CAN wait to get started.)  I let them choose one t-shirt and one "fancy shirt".  Finn chose a red golf shirt and a red Superman shirt.  Seamie chose a red Hot Wheels shirt and a blue striped golf shirt :)

We saw Bears shirts on the way out of the store.  You will be happy to know that the Steelers were represented as well -- and Seamie really wanted the Steeler's one!  I had to convince him that he infact has at least two Steelers shirts and maybe Dad would be so happy if he got a Bears one.  He begrudgingly chose a Bears shirt...

All three had doctor's appointments today.  All is well.  The doctor said that if Seamie is not frustrated by his stuttering and that we think it is slowing down to just wait a bit and reevaluate at the 3 year appointment.

They are weighing in at:

Finn T. =  41.6 lbs and 44 inches (50/75th percentile)

Seamie=  32 lbs and 38.5 inches (50th/ 90th percentile)

Miss Nasty = 24 lbs and 31.5 inces (75th and 50th percentile)
