"You Snug Me?"

Every morning between 4:00 and  4:30 AM, Seamus shuffles into our room, reeking of urine.  He climbs into the bed (with both Elmo and Bunny), covers himself up, demands milk and proceeds to loudly slurp it down.  As he wrestles around in the covers to get comfortable, he always asks, "Mama, you snug me?"....  and any bit of annoyance he has caused by interrupting my sleep goes away.  Sweet Seamie. He knows how to get to Mama's heart.

Pink Band Aids, Caterpillars and LeBron James

Miss Lou started the day out with four shots to the thigh. Not pleased, but at least she won't get chicken pox :)
Saoirse got a very trendy pink band aid (she didn't care).  The turkey weighs 21 lbs 5 oz and is 28 3/4 inches long.  She is in the 50% percentile for both height and weight.
As you can see, she is wearing her "1" shirt as often as she can before it gets warm.

Finn and Seamus spent the afternoon with Christina
the babysitter.
They made these lovely caterpillars and played "steamroller" and "airplane".

We ended the day at the library.  It was quite rainy and our books were late.  Nine dollars and 60 cents later we ended up with our usuals : Sally's Pizzeria, some stupid George book and I Love Planes.  Seamus did add a chapter book about LeBron James.  He insisted dad would love it and threw a tantrum when I tried to return Mr. James to the shelf.  Seamus was right, dad did like it.  Silly me.

For the Love of the Big Boys

Today Finn and Seamus had Mason over to play. Finn would tell you that HE had Mason over to play and Seamie was in the way.  Seamie loves the big boys and does most anything to get their attention (talking incessantly, knocking their towers down and following them very closely where ever they go).  This resulted in a lot of fighting and timeouts during our little playdate.  Mason (sporting his Double Big Brother) was very patient with poor Seamie and even gave him a kiss on the forehead when Finn clocked him in the bean with a lego.  Sigh...it was a long afternoon.
They went to sleep at 6:30.  That was nice...:)

As for Lou Lou, she had a fine time ignoring them and strutting her stuff with her new pink lady buggy.

Keeping a Tally

When Seamus and returned home from our airport run, Finn proclaimed that he and dad were keeping a tally.  A tally of what?  "Blackhawks people and Penguins people."

Blackhawks:
Dad
Uncle Sam
Mr. Gillespie
Jim
Pat
Nana
Aunt Meg
Mark Singler
Max
Ellie*
Brendan*
*questionable and not verified by their father

Penguins:
Pap
Grandma
Patrick
Fred

Hmm...

He did say he would add Caila to the Pens list tomorrow.

Also is checking in with Ms. McGill to see where her loyalties lie. (We are pretty sure that Ms. McGill has no connection to Pittsburgh whatsoever.)
