Snuggie

Fuzz is not a bunny girl. It is in her crib, but she could care less about it. Snuggie, pictured below, is her true love. Mike and I have coined this lamb "Snuggie" but I am not sure that Saoirse has a name for it quite yet. She has had Snuggie in her crib for quite some time, but has recently started to tote Snuggie around, wanting to take it in the car and eat breakfast with it. She holds it next to her ear when she falls asleep and chews it when she wakes up in the morning. Snuggie is constantly covered in boogers, but Fuzz loves it none the less. I am a tad disappointed that she doesn't have a special place in her heart for her pink bunny....but Snuggie will do.

Hot Chocolate

Seamus is a chocolate guy. Loves it all. Especially "hot choc-at" as he would call it.

My Little Helper

The Fuzz and I had high hopes of hitting the Zoo today while Finn and Seamie were at school and the temperature reached 55. Alas, it rained...so we did what all smart girls do : made brownies that only she and I will be interested in eating.

Saoirse really enjoys baking and actually does a decent job on mixing, pouring and tasting.

Winter Blues

This is just disgusting if you ask me. But, Finn and Seamus will do anything to play outside. Despite the warm temps, it's been gray and too wet to have any real (not disgusting) fun out there. Spring - where are you!!!???

Week In Review

We've had a busy week so here it is all in one big post!

Mason and Jackson's Star Wars birthday party!

We went to a bakery to decorate individual cakes. When Aunt Jenny opens her bakery, she should have kids birthday parties. Kids decorated their own cakes and got to watch the decorators make a hot dog cake and a sandwich cake. Finn loved it!

Decorators wrote kids names on cakes.

Seamie's cake. He claims it has a rainbow on top...didn't get the Star Wars theme.

Last of the Snow (I Hope)

Seamus, Finn and Sean McNeela are making the most of the snow. They have been working hard on this tunnel all week.

High temps are melting it this week. Yay!

Bathing with my Cousin

We spent a lot of time watching the Giles kids while Aunt Cate tended to Nana.

Colin had a bit of an accident in his underoo's that involved a bath.

Saoirse, never one to resist a bath, joined in.
