"Cising"

This is what we do to get Saoirse to poop.  We tell her its time to dance and exercise ("cising").
Finn's gym class has a dance to a tune called "Everyday I'm Shuffling." 

They all enjoy it thoroughly.

And yes, "cising" does help with getting the poop out.
